Smells of spring

we've finally found some first "signs" of upcoming spring

I don't have idea what is the name in English for this tiny little flower, and not even sure if it is as well the messinger of Spring in other parts of the world...or at least Europe, but we were thrilled to see it and pick it as anxiously waiting for the preferable season of the year....to come and bring some sunny and a bit warmer days....

  1. HI Katarina!

    welcome to blogger ;)

I think the flower is a snowdrop in English ... we have them here but will not see them for a couple of more months!

  3. Hi Katarina,

I found your absolutely beautiful blog by sheer accident and will make sure to come back regularly ;O)

In Germany, we call this flower "Schneeglöckchen" (it means snow bell). As global warming is getting worse, we see it earlier peeking out every year.
