AvantGarde blog tour and a giveaway!

Hope you all had a wonderful Holidays and that you are ready for some new and colorful projects!

 I have a great group of friends and makers that are working on fantastic projects featuring Avantgarde fabrics and I am sure that they will solicit some of your inspiration and ideas!

Here is the complete list with theirs dates, so be sure to follow them along (especially as there will be some other giveaways and free patterns included):

In the meantime, until the end of this month, you can leave a comment here, in the comment section of this blogpost with whatever you like that has to do with Avantgarde fabrics or blog tour -  fabric,  project (yours or someone else's) or anything else referred to Avantgarde collection. The winner will get 10 yards of Avantgarde collection - 20 prints in half yard cuts!!!I will choose a winner using Random.com on February 1st, included in the Avantgarde Re-cap post.

    These are just GORGEOUS! I would love to make a quilt top or giant box floor cushion using (more or less) the pattern from the table runner! :-D Can't wait to get a hold of some of this collection and it would be a dream come true to win the giveaway! With all those fat quarters I'd definitely have to whip up a few things for my newborn baby girl too! With my sewing business to run, I'm always afraid she'll be the cobbler's kid- haha! :-)

    I love each collection you create more than the one before!!!
    I love love love the Kubeta quilt in the lookbook. I'm considering that as well as a modified lonestar quilt with the bold colors in the star, and the gorgeous black and white quilts in the background. and of course, I have to make a duffel bag out of Avant Garde!

    Thanks for the chance to win Katarina! I'm working at making my stash more modern and winning this would make a significant impact. I'm drawn to the modern yet retro vibe of Avantgarde. Very vibrant and clean. I'm a quilter so if I win, I'd most definitely use my prize to make a quilt like the stunning Kubeta bargello, but IF I did garment sewing I'd make something like the Date Night Dress.

    I am seriously obsessed with this collection of fabrics. I want to decorate my entire house with it as it would match perfectly! I am obsessed with Herma Melini's Arrow baby quilt. One of my New Years resolutions was to make a quilt for myself (have not done that yet!!) and I'll need to use these fabrics on that project!

    Hello to those BEAUTIFUL pieces of ADVANTGARDE ART! I started sewing again because my oldest daughter graduated from high school last year and wants a unique quilt. Well, I have NOW found the perfect fabric for her quilt. Beautiful line.

    I love all your collections but this one is my favorite so far. The modern patterns and colors are right up my alley and I'll definitely make a quilt with it. If Steps Above was available as a knit or voile, I'd totally make a dress after not having sewn any clothes for years. Could anyone recommend a pattern for a dress that works well with quilt fabric? Thank you!
