My youngest turned 7 yesterday!!! Can't believe how time flies! So proud of her!!!
We prepared her a birthday party with her friends and they had blast!!!









Of course, for her the best part was opening all the presents at the end!!! With a help of her siblings;)

Happy in discotheque

My big girl will be 13 tomorrow!!! Can't believe that I am a mom of a real teenager now!




We celebrated her birthday yesterday night with her friends in a kids discotheque and they had so much fun, especially with karaoke!





I made my version (not very obvious) of the ombre cake in blue and the cake was this chocolate cake from Martha Stewart , that I wasn't very delighted with the taste-a way to sweet for me, but kids loved it.

What a wonderful day! :)

What a fantastic, happy day it was today! Not only it's my son's birthday, but I have found out that I have passed the doctoral preliminary examination!! The prelims were on Tuesday and I was so nervous to hear the results. The competition level was very high and I had some problems explaining to the jury members why I want to do the PhD in painting and not in graphic design (after studying printing and graphic design) or textile design (as my thesis concept was much closer to the textile design field). But, well I suppose that I convinced them and I am so happy that I will be back to the Faculty from the next week. And I will totally take some classes from the field of textile design as well (yay for the possibility to combine different art fields) and looking forward to it!
It will be a great mix and match of painting, graphic and textile design!

And of course, we had so much fun with the kids and celebrating all the good news!!!
And I am so happy and proud and so blessed to call this adorable boy - son!
He is the most wonderful son mom can ever ask for.

Yesterday was my birthday. And I am one year older...hm, not much fun, but luckily, I was in the middle of doing so many things, that I didn't have time to think about that;) And I made a cake. Not for me, though, but for my son, as we will be celebrating his birthday today with some of his friends.
And my kids draw me many drawings and made a card with some lovely words. What more can I ask for? Love them so much:))

My first daughter, Marta turns 11 today!!!Sounds unreal!!!Already???I am so blessed to have her in my life!!! The 1st of March is always bringing so much joy, not only because it's her day, but also because the February is finally over!! Happy March everyone;)

Something about years....

First, I have to share this fun little (fitting 1 fat quarter) 2012 Calendar , made for the Spoonflower tea towel calender contest. I used one of my best selling designs, creating this baby inspired calendar, I suppose that it would be perfect for the kids room.



And then, it happens that I am turning 36 today....which reminded me that I should go and make a cake;)

Koko birthday party

Last week of October was full of festivities, and the most important one was Pablo's BD party. My boy is seven now and I am so blessed to have him in my life. We now have another small member of the family, arrived as a BD present, she is the guinea pig and kids named her Maza( something that would be translated like molly-coddle).



We had the BD party on Friday with 46 kids and it was hosted in the gorgeous, new place for kids, "Koko" placed within the sports and recreational complex of "Milan Gale Muškatirović" (formerly and better known as "25. maj"), located on the riverside.
