Hope for Haiti

An earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter scale struck Haiti on 12 January. It has primarily affected the capital Port-au-Prince and other areas in the West Province which has an estimated population of 2.2 million.

Thousands of Haitian Red Cross volunteers and hundreds of Red Cross and Red Crescent staff from other countries continue their work to help the country heal.

I am so glad to take part of Wisterialane HOPE charity launch on eBay, where 100% of the proceeds of this launch to the American Red Cross.

being WICKED.......

Ok, I finally listed something that I was working on for one week.



I was so lucky, being invited to take part in the fabulous launch with the Clovergirls on eBay, having Wicked musical as the theme for the launch. When I started reading and looking the pics from the musical, I immediately realized that I wanted to give my vision of Elphaba doing the child witch costume.





Of course, the whole thing wouldn't have such an impact, if it wasn't for my friend, Piki who make these stunning pics.You can visit his website here.

Hope you'll like them all, as much as I do!!!We had so much fun in his studio and he actually give me his camera to try it and do a few shoots....I loved it, and it was that kind of the experience that immediately interfered to my wish list plans-substituting the embroidery machine being on the first place with a better camera with lens;)

Christmas in July

Just a brief post...as I just have 3 new listings on eBay. I made a dress, palazzo pants and cute crochet hat(well my granny did it and I embellished it;). I used secret Santa fabrics by Bernadex in shades of purples, greens and blues...but have the fabrics from same collection in reds and greens, so maybe later will think of something with these too!!!



I was invited by so sweet and talented Rachel of My deep blue C to join absolutely the most fantastic eBay group, AnthologyInc for this great launch.
