New bags

Doily bag

The last thing I sewed in the 2012 was a bag, (as a present for my mom) and the first things I sewed in this 2013 were bags as well:)

Love letter and feathers bag

Bag fabric templateThe thing is that-when you have such an easy way of assembling the bag, as like when working with one these handy Spoonflower patterns/templates , it's quite enjoyable to make a bag. And of course, there is even the step by step tutorial, here on my blog.
This time, I've decided to pull 2 bags out of one panel (yard) of the fabric, with adding some neutral, linen lining.

Doilies and roses bag (or bags)

Here are some pics of my girls having fun with finished pieces, before assembling them as bag.

Beautiful bags!! The first bag pictured and the bag with the deer, birds, and bunnies are my absolute favorites. Is there anything you cannot make Katarina?! Cheers to a wonderful and prosperous new year my friend!
