My upcoming free pattern for the upcoming Imprint collection has this above block as the focal point of the quilt. I named it Rooted block. What a great block (and this is one of the nicest uses of that fabric line I've seen)!
Do you cut the squares 2.5" vs the finished square is 2.5"? Could I divide all dimensions by 2 to get a 10.75" block?

What computer program did u use to help make the block?
what size do i need to cut the squares you say cut 2.1/2" but wont that make it smaller by the time ive sew them together many thanks
