It's snowy. And cold. And that time of the year when kids are getting cold so often, that it's becoming quite annoying. I can't say that I don't like winter, but looking forward to the warmer days. In the meantime here are some pics of what we are up to....trying to enjoy this pre-Xmassy period.
Hope that you are in some cozy, warm place and doing well:)

I am so excited to share with you 2 things: first is the newest stripwork skirt tutorial I wrote that you can download, read and print as the booklet. Isn't that great??? And another one that makes me so happy and honored is that I'm featured on the Art Gallery fabrics blog. Actually the stripwork skirt tutorial is created with "Rock 'n Romance" fabrics by Pat Bravo. I can't stop talking about the wonderful quality of theirs fabrics. And about wonderful people running and working in the company. I can't hide that my biggest dream is to be able to have my designs printed on the quality fabrics like theirs. That would be a dream come true....
Also, I just created the coupon code- ROCKANDROMANCE - to be used in my etsy shop that will save 15% on your entire order, including this Rockish collection.
Have a wonderful weekend,

Xmas is just behind the corner, so I started creating some first gifts. I am so happy to be able to have my own fabric designs printed through Spoonflower, and it makes so much easier to create some things with the designs in forms of fabric templates. You can find them mainly HERE and HERE.
We are having the fun contest @ Spoonflower this week. It's a contest for the gift tags that can be printed on fabric (or wall decal or wallpaper material), then cut out and used by anyone. I started designing them, firstly based on my animal laser cut cardboard tags , but then I started playing with some mustaches, frames, letters and shapes and I just couldn't decide which ones to use, so I used all!!!So there are 24 different tags, a bit of something for small and bigger kids!!
Here is my contest entry but now you can even download 4 different tags (total of 12 tags when printed on the A4 paper sheet) as paper template.
Please just play fair, as these are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. So, PLEASE DO NOT COPY, DISTRIBUTE, SELL, OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN.
Hope you will love and use them!
Happy prepping x Holidays!!!

Rock 'n romance is a gorgeous fabric collection by Pat Bravo for Art Gallery fabrics. A few months ago, when I saw the collection preview, I knew I had to make something with it. It's been a long time, since I created a few garment pieces with some designer collection, but these prints were calling me:) I knew that I had to create tons of ruffles prior to sewing.
And I knew that I wanted to create some gaucho pants.
And yes, the matching dress too.
Or even a few.
So, here it is, a small collection of fancy clothes featuring this beautiful fabric line. I enjoyed creating them so much, and I hope that those girls who will wear them (yes, I listed them for SALE on ETSY )will love them too. My daughters already choose theirs pieces and my lil' boy has a new rocking tie:)
I must say that the quality of the fabrics(100% PIMA cotton that is known for their soft hand and superior quality) is really wonderful. They are ideal for apparel sewing and they drape perfectly.
Here are some more pics of the clothes.... can you say that kids had so much fun too?
Regarding the mask, you can find the tutorial here and I am preparing the tutorial for the stripwork skirt too, so stay tuned;)
